En Present Simple lo usamos cuando es una rutina diaria, un momento permanente o que hacemos todos los días.
Ejemplos: every day, on Fridays/Mondays/Wednesday..., in the afternoon/morning/evening, at night, adverbs of frequency (sometimes, always, never...), etc.
En Present Continuous lo usamos cuando hablamos en éste momento, osea ahora.
