I heard of your travel agency from a friend. He recommended your service because he went on a trip last year and was very pleased.

I am also interested in going on a bus trip into the Scottish mountains with your company, in the second half of March. Is this term available?

I'm planning to take two friends with me. From what town could we join the trip?

I would also like to ask where do you plan to accomodate your clients? Is the weather usually nice during this time of the year? Do we need to take some clothes for this trip?

I think this is everything. I'm looking forward to going on this trip.
