Greg:Grandma,can sou tell us about the times when you were young?
Grandma:Of course,take a look at this photo from 1939.I was two yers old here . Children~`s clotheswere very different from today`s.
Zuza:Was London different seventy yers different from today`s.
Grandma:Oh yes,it was!When I was a child London was smaller. The cars were slower.
Greg:Were there really cars in the streets,grandma?
Grandma:Of course, there were. Don`t be silly Greg. I`m not a dinosaur,after all.
Greg:OK,just kidding.
Zuza: In September 1939 World War II broke out in Poland. was life in London difficult during the war?
Grandma: It was very different. In September 1940<, after the bombing, London was in ruins. All the pople were very scared,but many Londers were very brave,too. My mother was a nurse.
Ziza:Were You scared too?
Grandma: i wasn`t scared and I wasn`t hungry, but a lot of chlideren were.
Greg: Oh Grandma,it was awful!
Grendma:Yes.The war was over in 1945. We were very poor but very happy. And remember kids and write it in yoyr project. All wars in the past and today are bad.

Grandma:Było inaczej niż dzisiaj.We Wrześniu 1940, po bombardowaniu,Londyn był ruiną.Wszyscy ludzie byli przerażeni,ale wiele ludzi było też bardzo odważnych.Moja matka była pielęgniarką.
Zuza:Czy ty także byłaś przerażona?
Grandma:Nie byłam przerażona,nie byłam głodna,ale dużo dzieci tak.
Greg:Babciu,to było okropne.
Grandma:Tak.Wojna skończyła się w 1945.Byliśmy bardzo biedni ale bardzo szczęśliwi.I pamiętajcie dzieci i napiszcie to w waszym projekcie/referacie/wypracowaniu/notatce.Wszystkie wojny,które trwały w przeszłości i dzisiaj są złe.
