mam do pierwszego odp.i troszke wyjasnie
na poczatku piszesz osobe, potem has lub have, nastepnie czasownik + ed na koncu lub czasownik w 3 formie , dale j przepisujesz bez zmian =] has piszesz przy 3,4,5 a w pozostałych have
przy 2 przykładzie pamietaj ze masz wiecej czasowników.

Wydaje mi się, że źle przepisałeś i powinno być: My friend said,’Oneof the bad consequences may be wasting your time and become addicted.’. W takiej formie jak jest teraz pierwsze zdanie (My friend does.) nie ma sensu. Podaję odpowiedź do formy którą zaproponowałem powyżej:

My friend has said ‘One of the bad consequences may be wasting your time and become addicted.’

lub

My friend has said that one of the bad consequences might be wasting your time and becoming addicted.
