Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the service in the ‘Blue Rose’ restaurant which I visited on 28th March.
I made a reservation three days earlier. 1 ___ Unfortunately, when me and my wife arrived at the restaurant, a waitress politely informed us that there was no reservation under my name. 2 ___ So she led us to a table in a corner of the room, next to the stage where a jazz band was preparing to give a concert. 3 ___ I wanted to leave but my wife insisted on ordering something from the menu. 4 ___ We did not have to wait long, but the food the waitress brought us was different from what we had ordered. 5 ___ Even worse – she told us that if we did not like the meal, we could go to another restaurant.
