It means that you can  use free Internet in most public places  – in a park, on a train and in a museum.  There are also public electronic services,  for example, when you go to see a doctor,  he or she fills in your online profile  and you can check it any time you want.  That’s why people call this city  a smart city.  Next time I’m here, I’ll send you  an electronic postcard. ;)
