Global Warming
There are lots of ecological problems such as pollution, global warming, acid rains, deforestation or hunting. They make our world dirtier, less friendly and safe. They cause many disasters and illness. We can’t avert each problem but we can just try to avoid fatal consequences of people’s bad behaviour and habits.
Global warming is one of the most important ecological problems touching people all over the world these years. It is caused by people’s activity for example a dynamic progress of industry and transport which makes that greenhouse gases are gathering in the atmosphere causing an escape of warmth excess from the earthly atmosphere. Also the growth of soot in the atmosphere causes increasing of temperature. There are some natural reasons, too. In the history of the Earth there were glacial ages as well as the periods of global warming. Now can lasts or starts the second one age. Many scientists think that it can be caused by the fluctuation of Sun activity.
The effects of global warming are changes in incidence of glaciers, level of oceans, amount of rainfalls, intensity of weather effects and extinction of animals and plants. Although most of people lock out global warming is our fault, there are some of them who think that there is no people’s influence on actual climate. If we accept with the majority we can do some things and try to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide, freons and steam in the atmosphere. We can stop using some aerosols or exchange freons used in coolers and refrigerators for another, harmless gas. There must be also reduced amount of emitted carbon dioxide from cars, vehicles, factories and coal mines.
Concluding, if we don’t stop producing so many damaging substances, we can never show our children or grandchildren what a winter is. The climate became so hot that everywhere will be the same exotic plants and animals. Also the oceans can flood all continents, because of the melting of glaciers. We have to do something with that to prevent the catastrophe which can destroy the world and makes all people will die in future.
