Street luging is very dangerous sport which began in the USA about ten years ago. A luge is a modified skateboard, made of metal. You use it race down a hill. Luges don't have engines but they can go at 120 kilometers per hour! you change direction by moving your body to the right or the left. The first people to do this sport originally raced down hills in the middle of traffic, which is illegal, of course. You have to wear a helmet, and you probably have to be mad! You have to have a lot of money, too. It costs $2,000 to buy or build a lunge.

Biker Sherlock is one of the world's best street lugers. Biker has done lots of different dangerous sports. He's ridden mountain bikes, skateboards and almost anything with a board or two wheels. He started street luging in 1995, when he was 25. I haven't a had any major accidents and I've won seven X-Games medals. He hasn't lost many races. He's appeared in various film, he's started his own skateboard company, and they have made Biker toys!
