-I would like to explain this terrible accident. I know, that i can't explain why my sister was behaving like that, but I want to explain this.

-Why your sister didn't stop and help my daughter?

-In stressful situations people do different weird things. She was certainly scared. She was afraid of consequences.

-I know. I'm so sorry. She is regreting too. I think that judgement is enough to punish her. Especially, that pangs of concience niggle her.
