Dear Margaret,
My name is Monika, and I am the one who is going to spend a week as an exchange student with you at your home.

I come from the south of Poland and I live with my parents and a brother Jacek in a small village 15 kilometers from Częstochowa. I am a student at John Paul II secondary school in Częstochowa. 

My hobby is chatting in English or German on Skype with people of my age all over the world. I also like swimming and going to the gym as I want to be fit and look good.

Would you be so nice and give me some information about your hobbies and also about  the place where I am going to stay? Is it a place somewhere in the country or is it a town? What can I do there in my free time?

My plane arrives in Manchester at 6.15. I would like to know who is going to take me from the airport and how can we recognize in the crowd at the airport. I will hold a stick with a label saying my name on it so that the person can easily find me in the crowd at the arrival lounge.

My name is Alicia Stalkowska and I'm going to spend a week at your house in England. I'm writing to you to give you some basic informations about me and my hobbies. I have one sister, Ania. She's 18 years old. I have also two little brothers. They are twins and they are 4 years old. I will show you a photo of them because they are really cute. I'm a dancer, actually a ballet dancer. I had a hard childhood because of frequent trainings but now I know that it was worth it. I love music in every figure. I like photography and poetry so I'm definitely an artist! Please write me about your interests! I want to know something about your town... Is it big and have some places where we could spend some time together? Maybe there are some cinemas or a theatre?
