In my opinion the school should spend the money on the gym. Motion help us to be healthy. Exercise machines are great way to stay or become fit. Gym like that is something unusual at school. I think it could be really funny to train there, especially with my class! We could arrange a competition - who is the strongest one.
I don't think the school should choose option one. Computers are very popular. In classes you have to write yourself. You can't see the blackboard if the monitor is in front of your eyes. It's too modern for me.
I think that option three isn't a good way to spend money too. Of coure, it could be a great place to talk at break. People could sit there a whole break and longer. I think that they will missing lessons. It's too risky.
