The knight attacks the old man, but he walks away. Then he turns round and quickly shows the Quartz knight a sign : first two fingers and then one finger. 'What does it mean ? I don't understand ! ' thinks the knight and the ice around him melts fast. The old man shows him a circle of two fingers.The knight doesn't have time to say 'I won't think.' Now, he is as hot as the Brass knight and falls into the deep ocean inside the planet. 'What did your sings mean ?' the Kryonides ask the old man later. 'There are two of us , but soon there will only be one. The second will fall into a hole in the ice.' 'Were you afraid ? Lucky , he didn't understand you ', say the Kryonides. 'No , I wasn't afraid.He was so stupiud - he wanted to take the ice jewels to his warm planet !'
Knight is not giving up. He attacks his opponent with a sharp sword. Asks him a mortal blow tothe heart. The enemy dies.
