Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about an iron I bought in your shop two days ago. I tried to use it, but it exploded and now I am in hospital.
First of all, your shop assisstant told me this was a new iron and there was nothing wrong with it. When I opened the box, I saw it had a damaged wire, but thought that maybe it was not dangerous. Secondly, there was no instruction manual, so I did not know, how to pour water into my new iron. Finally, when I plugged the iron into the socket, there was some smoke, fire and then an explosion. Now I do not have eyebrows, eyelashes, some hair and skin on my nose.
I expect full refund for the damaged iron and also some compensation for my injuries. I have to stay in the hospital for three more days, I look terrible and I am still in deep shock.
