Subject: Limited quantity of paper for printing.
I would like to inform you that a lot of paper is wasted on unnecessary printing and that each person will now get a limited amount of paper. Apart from that, some people also forget to turn the photocopier off after they finish copying. This is a big problem because we have to reduce the costs associated with power consumption and paper. Secondly, we should take care of the environment and affect the efficiency of our work. To reduce the amount of wasted paper and energy, we must:
- Check twice before you print that there was no need to print twice
- Print on both sides of the paper
- Always turn off the printer upon completion of printing
I also would ask that everyone write me a message to January 15, How much paper needs to month because the information will be sent to the manager.
