The incident happened yesterday afternoon. When it started snowing, people were driving home.
At first, people drove slowly, but after several hours the situation became very difficult. They were stuck in traffic. There was no food or water. Police weren't there, so people became angry. The situation was getting worse and worse. Then the police arrived and they helped people as soon as they could.
After twelve hours, all the people finally managed to get to home. Later, one of them said, "It was very cold. People were sleeping in their cars and calling for families. It was terrible".
