Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about an MP3 player, which I purchased in your shop. On February 17th I went to “Saturn” buy a new MP3 player Samsung Company. I was collecting money on it for a long time as I wanted to buy this product in Premium version. This opportunity really captivated me! in the set should be MP3player, earphones, charger and CD-known singer. And all for only 120 £! When finally I purchased it I went to the house. And… when I opened a box I was disappointed! In my set the earphones were missing! I am very unhappy because I spent a lot of money.. I feel that in future you should indemnify and check your boxes better. I think I should received a new set. Your faithfully,
