In the picture I can see woman and man. They're talking. They look smart, she's wearing elegant shirt, the man is wearing suit. He's having an interview right now. I can't see his face, but he's probably stressed because when you try to get a job it is nervous. The woman is holding a pen and she has a paper- it's probably a CV of man or other important document. But she's smiling, so an interview probably is going well.
1 She's probably asking him about himself. It's mean about his experience, qualifications, skills. Maybe she's asking about his plans for the future or dreams. Good employer should know his or her employees. As I had said before, she's smiling, so man's answers are positive.
2 I would love to work for a big company because I could meet new people there. Big companies are good places to do it, because there work a lot of strange people. What more, I'm ambitious person so I would love to get higher and higher on job's levels. I heard that is well-paid job in big companies so I would be pleased if I can get more money than the lowest salary.
3 It happens everyday. I'm trying to be positive person and I'm trying to be co-operative with others. We all live together on the earth so it's better to have good contacts with people. If you want to do that you need to make good impression on them. I remember one time, it was last summer, when I wanted to get a job. I had to have good appearance, know everything about my needs  or experience. I was feeling really stressful because I had an interview then. But everything finished good and I got the summer job, so I was and I still am pleased.
