Question

Proszę o przetłumaczenie krótkiego opowiadania (język angielski). Poziom II klasy gimnazjum. Z góry dziękuję za każdą odpowiedź :)

W pewien deszczowy dzień pan Tom jechał polską drogą do domu po długim dniu w pracy. Mieszkał na wsi, więc musiał przejeżdżać przez las. Dzisiaj były jego urodziny. Jego syn Rick i żona Katie szykowali dla niego imprezę w domu. Cały czas myślał o prezentach, które dostanie i smacznym torcie. Było już późno, słońce zachodziło. Musiał przyspieszyć.

Deszcz padał coraz mocniej. Nie widział zbyt dobrze drogi. Było również ślisko. Nagle przed maską samochodu dostrzegł kobietę na rowerze. Nie mógł zahamować. Gwałotwnie skręcił, by nie potrącić kobiety. Potem gwałtownie uderzył w drzewo. Samochód był zniszczony, a on uderzył głową w przednią szybę. Stracił przytomność.

Obudził się w szpitalu. Kobiecie na rowerze nic się nie stało. Tylko on był ranny. Kilka minut później jego rodzina go odwiedziła. Rick przyniósł tort, a Katie balony. Postanowili zrobić przyjęcie w szpitalnym pokoju. Pan Tom czuł się głupio, że był nieuważny. Jego rodzina cieszyła się, że nie stało się nic poważnego. Całą sytuację opisano później w gazetach.

In a rainy day Mr. Tom rode Polish way home after a long day at work. He lived in the countryside, so he had to pass through the forest. Today was his birthday. His son, Rick and wife Katie were preparing a party for him at home. All the time thinking of gifts to get, and a delicious cake. It was late, the sun was setting. He had to speed up.
The rain fell harder. He could not see the road very well. It was also slippery. Suddenly he saw a car hood before a woman on a bicycle. He could not stop. Violently turned not to deduct the woman. Then suddenly hit a tree. The car was destroyed, and he hit his head on the windshield. He lost consciousness.
He woke up in the hospital. A woman on a bike, nothing happened. Only he was wounded. A few minutes later, his family visited him. Rick brought a cake and balloons Katie. They decided to take admission in a hospital room. Mr Tom felt embarrassed that he was inattentive. His family was glad that did not happen anything serious. The whole situation is described later in the paper.

He had to hurry up. 

It was raining more heavily.He didn't see the road well. It was quite slippy too. Suddenly he saw a lady on a bicycle at the car bonnet. He couldn't stop. He swerved to not to deduct the woman.Later he violently hit a tree.The car was destroyed, and he hit his head of the windshield. He went unconscious. 

He woke up ina a hospital. Nothing happend to the woman on the bicycle. It was him that was injured. After a few minutes his family visited him Rick brought the cake and Katie the balloons. They decided to do a birthday party in the hospital room. Mr. Tom felt stupid that he was so inattentive. His family were happy that nothing major happened to him. The whole situation was later written in newspapers.
