Dear Sir or Madam.
I am writting to you, because exactly one week ago (3rd February). I bought shoes on your website. I ordered blue highheels and I think, I got wrong order. One of this shoes is pink, what is more, this are not highheels. I got trainers. In my opinion is unacceptable. I am expecting from you get my money back and send me new pair of good shoes for free. I am a customer and this is my right. If you ignore me, I will put negative comments on your websites and forums. I am waiting for your answer as soon as is possible.
