1. An "extreme interview" is the latest trend from America. It is a deadly serious interview , which may seem to like a game. Interviewers throw bizarre questions at candidates to see how they react.


2. This approach comes from Silicon Valley, so the most famous computer companies such as Apple and Google started selecting candidates in this way.


3. This approach is better because it gives an opportunity to show someone is smart and not easy flustered. It also gives an opportunity to show candidate's personality.
