I'm writing to you to help you choose one of two different sport disciplines. If you are fit, fast, and like to cooperate with others then I recommend you to start playing basketball. It is really interesting game where you run and toss your ball between your teammates to score a goal on enemies basket. It is so entertaining. The second discipline needs concentration and focus from you. It is a tennis, which is a game where you hit the ball with a rocket to your enemy territory. You play alone versus just an enemy, but you should enjoy it.
