Nowadays, people pays attention to many different things when they see you first time. It is called 'first impression'. One of this things are our clothes. I would like to think more about dress code. Is it really so relevant?
On one hand, our clothes are our card. Very often clothes show personalities. For example, we can recognise to which subculture belong some person only from the way he or she is wearing. As we know, all subculture has own style.
Furthermore, dress code is important in many official occassions. For instance, there are many unwritten rules about clothes which are suitable for special occassions like wedding or funeral. In which of this situations, we wear different clothes. And this clothes show what we feel in this moment.
On the other hand, it is often said that we shouldn't have judge by appearance. People sometimes wear clothes extremely contradictory to their situations or personalities. For example, some poor person can wear suit, which can make impress that its owner is very rich. We can be dissapointed in truth.
To sum up, dress code is very important. First impression is often caused by way somebody is wearin but it can be false.
