Arirana (large otter) is threatened with the animal. She is inhabiting the Amazon and rivers from Venezuela and Guyana up to Uruguay. She looks this way, has a flat and wide head, small and rounded auricles, has
velvet-Nazi the hair and short and massive limbs with webbings and sharp claws. For her a length is 150-180 cm, for her the line is powerful, flattened vertical for lengths of 45-65 centimetres. Arirana weighs the about 22-45 kg.
