1. Yes I do . I eat hamburger, pizza and hot dog. I eat junk food sometimes because are unhealthy.
2. I think I eat healthy because I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, do not eat sweets

4. I exercise twice a week. I go to the swimming pool and I run .
5. I think I should exercise every day. Do not eat at night.I should spend time actively.
1. Sometimes it happens to me that I eat junk food. I'm aware of the fact that it is not good for us but I think that everyone have this feeling from time to time to try something unhealthy. I like pizza, hamburgers, fries and hot-dogs mostly. But because I don't do this very often, maybe a few times in a month I'm quite sure it won't harm me very much.
2.Having a healthy diet in out times is a hard thing to be honest. Everywhere we buy something to eat we have to be aware it may have a bad effect on our health. But I thin that as far as I can, my diet is quite healthy. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water and do not go to fast-food restaurants everyday.
3.It's difficult to say, because it depends on how much of free time I have. For sure during weekens I may spend from 2-4 hours if I do not go anywhere, but during the whole weekn, when I have school and work to do I don't have much time to sit in front of the tv. One hour a day is enought then.
4.To be honest besides exercises in my school during the phisical education I don't do much sport. We have 3 hours of PE a week, when we play volleyball, basketball, sometimes run or play some team sports. Sometimes I like to run from time to time after school as it makes me more calm and it's more relaxing for me than to sit in front of the computer.
5.There are many thing I could, or rather should do. The first one that comes to my mind is to spend less time on the computer and tv (although I do not spend my whole day on that) and take up some sport. Everyone knows that it's the best way to stay healthy. Having a balanced diet is also very important. Avoiding unhealthy fast-foods and replacing them with fresh, high-in-protein meals may also have a proper result on my health
