9.2) I would take every opportunity to earn some money. Getting experience is also very important part. I'm not the best cook and every new trick and recipy I learn there, would be really useful. I think I would also handle the waiter (waitress) job. It requires courage and self-confidence to work with customers but isn't impossible to get used to it.

9.3) At some party my friend was throwing during summer holidays, he prepared some weird looking starters. It was definitely something deep fried, but seemed to be slippery. We didn't want to discourage him from cooking, but managed to find out he used some recipy found on internet. A little more confident, we decided to try it. It happened to be a goat cheese with a lot of spices and fried with breadcrumbs. Some of the cheese just got on top and that's where the look came from. Eventually, it was quite nice and tasty.
