Proszę najmocniej o napisanie listu formalnego z reklamacją. Reklamuje MP3 player. Gdzie i kiedy kupiłem, opisac dwie usterki, zaproponowac rozwiazanie i wyrazic swoje rozczarowanie, poprosic o szybki kontakt i uzasadnic dlaczego ci na tym zalezy? Prosze najmocniej o napisanie tego bo to zalezy od tego czy zdam czy nie ... dziekuje z gory :)

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report a fault with the MP3 player than I bought from you shop in London on 28th May.
It is the first time i have bought MP3 player from you company and I must say, it has not been a positive experience.
When I try to turn MP3 playver, it does not work. It sticks or it jums, when I listen to music.
I am enclosing the MP3 player and a copy of the receipt for you reference.
Could you please refund my money as soon as possible or exchange it?
I would appreciate it if you could deal with this matter immediately.
