Problem z modal verbs.

Mam dwie regułki:
1. To make deductions about states we user:
modal verb + infinitive
np. He may want to be on his own for a bit.
2. To make deductions about something happening now we use:
modal verb + be + verb+ing
np. He must be talking to some guests in the other room.

Zdanie: Phoebe must be having a baby soon.
Pytanie: Dlaczego having zamiast have, skoro w zdaniu jest mowa o stanie. Phoebe przecież będzie miała to dziecko. A mieć coś, posiadać, to stan.

Z góry dzięki za odpowiedź.
