Prepare and give a short presentation.
Nowadays young people start their first job at a much later age than their parents did. ( why is this so? What are the advantages and disadvantages of this?)

Nowadays young people start their job much more earlier than they parents because they need some experiance.
After school they have knowledge but they haven't experience. And professional training without experience doesn't count.
It's simple - if you go to work and you don't know anything about job, you can't do it.
But if you have some contact with it before, employer will be pleased and you can earn more money.
