I really love swimming. This is my favourite activity. It makes me happy and relaxed. After swimming I feel much better. I usually go to the swimming pool every second day. I don't care, if it's an aquapark or an ordinary pool. However, it is nice when you can use all the facilities such as a jacuzzi or slides. Unfortunately, tickets to the swimming pool are quite expensive and many people cannot afford to go there as often as they wish. The good side of this sport is that you do not need any special equipment. All you need is a bathing suit and a cap. Swimming not only improves physical fitness and coordination but also helps to stay in shape. What is more swimming is perfect for students who usually sit in front of their computers for hours, as it is a huge relief for their spines. I reccomend this sport to everyone.
