Handball is very interesting sport. On the court are 10 players and 2 goalies. You can given a ball only hand! The game continues 60 minutes - the two halves of the 30 minutes. Handball requires a lot of running. You must be quickly and you must sieze the opportunity. There are many injuries but it is just handball - very contact game! 

Polish team is very good of handball. They have a lot of winners. Players are really proffesional. I would like to play in this game. I always watch the games. It is very exciting. Additionally, you can carve your body and develop great condition. It is very important to health.
