I am writing to report a fault with the mobile phone SGH S5230 that I bought from Media Markt shop on 1st May .

Sometimes the camera is out of order , but when it's active the picture are black and white.The battery in the mobile phone aren't good , is active once a day. I thing that this phone is old , because it's very slow. I am returning the mobile phone to you with this letter. I am enclosing : the mobile phone , battery , receivers , micro card SD and the receipt. Could you please send me a new mobile phone?
