I think a good leader should be honest, because it depends from him how other people work. When leader isn't honest people would miss the work, the would be lazy and they wouldn't do their duties properly. They would feel bad and uncomfortable. They wouldn't be sure that the leader is dishonest but they would feel it and avail the situation. When leader is honest, the employers would feel well and comfortable. They would like their job, discharge their duties as good as they could. They would repect their job.
