Finally, cover and cook in this way for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and add the olives, parsley and the güero pepper. Cook for 20 more minutes over low heat and serve.

First, in a pot with the water, place the onion, garlic, salt, meat and ribs and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam and fat while the meat cooks.
After that, when the meat is ready, remove it from the broth, remove the fat, the rib bones, the onion and the garlic from the broth.
Then, prepare the sauce.
Finally, add the sauce to the broth, bring to a boil and add the meat. After 10 minutes, add the corn and season with salt and pepper.
5. Russia:

First, in a bowl we add the flour and make a hole in the center. Add the egg, water, salt and oil in the hole and mix well until you get a dough.
After that, grease a clean and flat surface with a little oil, where we will work the dough with our hands for approximately 10 minutes. We end up forming a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. We put the ball in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Then, we chop the onion as small as we can and then mix the minced meat and a pinch of salt with the onion in a container until the ingredients are well integrated.
Finally, we fill each circle with a portion of meat, leaving the necessary space to be able to fold the dough into a cake shape and to be able to join both ends, so that the meat is inside. We will put it in a container and put it in the freezer for an hour. After that time, we can take it out and cook it in plenty of boiling water for approximately 20 minutes.
