despejo y en 2 y 
-y =2 - 2x ⇒ y = -2 + 2x
sustituyo en 1)
3x - 2(-2 + 2x) =7
3x + 4 - 4x = 7
              -x = 7 - 4
               x = 3 : (-1)⇒ x = -3
reemplazo donde despejé y
y = - 2 + 2*(-3)
y = -2 - 6 ⇒ y = -8

b) 
1) 2x + y = 3
2) 3x - 2y = 1

despejo y en 1)
y = 3 - 2x
sustituyo en 2) 
3x - 2(3 - 2x) = 1
3x - 6 + 4x  = 1
            7x = 1 + 6
             x = 7 : 7    ⇒ x = 1
reemplazo donde despejé y
y = 3 - 2*1
y = 1

c)
1)6x - 4y = 112
2) x - 2y = 6
despejo x en 2)
x = 6 + 2y
sustituyo en 1) 
6(6 + 2y) - 4y = 112
36 + 12y - 4y = 112
                 8y = 112 - 36
                   y = 76 = 19/2 ⇒ y = 19/2

2) 2x - 3y = 6
despejo x en 1
x = 4 + 2y
sustituyo en 2
2(4 + 2y) - 3y =6
8 + 4y - 3y = 6
              y = 6 - 8
              y = -2

reemplazo donde despejé x

x = 4 + 2*(-2)

en f) falta la y

voy a suponer que es así 

f)
1) x + 5y =15
2) 2x - y = - 3
despejo x en 1
x = 15 - 5y
sustituyo en 2
2( 15 - 5y) - y = - 3
30 - 10y - y = -3
              -11y= - 3 - 30
                   y= - 33: (-11) ⇒ Y = 3
reemplazo donde despejé x
x = 15 - 5(3)  = 5 - 5 ⇒ x = 0
