I am writing to complain an mobile phone. I got from yor on-line shop last week on Monday. I have already written to you about this problems but unfortunately I did not receive any reply. I had to wait very long time and I didn't get an answer for my e-mail
I received the mobile phone with two deep cracks at the front. After some time, it suddenly stopped working.
