It's two terms.

School year starts first september , but ends in June .

A weather is : cold , rainy , sunny , windy , cloudy and snowy.

The school holidays is in July and August

The school year starts on 1st September. There are 2 terms. They starts on 1st September and in the begin of February. In the first term there's windy and snowy and in the second term it is  a little bit snowy and sunny. The school holidays are in January and in July and August. The school year finishes at the end of June.
