Dear Mr. Kowalski. I am writing to You in connnection with safety and security in our city - Lublin. Lately I was thinking, that Lublin should be more welcome for people, and it absolutely should be more safe. First of all, I was thinking that streets should be more controlled with police or municipal police, especially druing the day - not only in the night. Moreover I was also thinking, that city should be controlled with few more cameras in the streets. Finally, every person who is not behave properly in a public placy should be reprimended by the police. I hope that You would consider my request. I look forward to Your reply at Your earliest convenience.
