Last time I took part in meeting and talking about healthly eat.
An famous and very friendly doctor - dietician Anna Kowal was leading that meeting. She was talking about healthly food, how to eat and what we all do wrong in our diets. I took a part in this meeting because I don't feel good in my body. I think I'm little bit too fat and I will change it. I met there a lot of people with the same problem, so now i'm not alone and we can do something with our bodies together. Doctor Kowal told us, that we have to eat 5 little dishes for day. The most important is breakfast because it is a fuel for whole day. We should also drink a lot of water without gas and do some sport. For example riding on a bike to school is much better then go by bus. I think that eating healthy and do a lot of sports is a good idea for me and I'm going to begin this from tomorrow.
