reason: complaint about faulty sonex ipod nano, looking forward to get back my money. On 25th of Semptember, I bought it for 1000PLN a sonex Ipod nano online at www.sonex.pl. I already complaint about that about a month ago but I did not get any reply yet. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well I have been having a problem with charging and after a small time it's stop charging, when I am trying plug in Ipod it's shows error on screen as well, volume controler is not working. I am disappointed because the product does not work properly and after a complaint nobody get me back I am writing this e-mail if this time I would not get attention on my complaint I would not mind to go ahead with legal action.
