Globalization is essentially a process of the ideas raised,than offered to be followed by other nation who eventually arrives at a point of mutual agreement and joint guideline for nation around the world.Globalization takes place and time, increasingly narrowed space and more time is shortened in the interaction and communication on a worldwide scale. Globalization on takes place in all areas of life such as the field of idelogical,politic,economic,social,cultural,defense,security,and other. Information and communication technology is major supporting factor in globalization. Now days, technological developments are so fast that all information in various forms and interest can be spread widely throughout the globalization, therefore we cannot avoid its presence.The presence of globalization must take effect for the life of country,including Indonesia. These include two sided influence of positive and negative influence.The positive effect of globalization on the values of nationalism were judging from globalization of politics, the goverment executed an honest, clean and dynamic course will receive a positive response from the people. Positive response on the form of a sense of nasionalism gainst the state be increased.From the aspect of economic globalization, the opening of international markets, increase employment opportunity and increase foreign exchange with this it will improve the economic life of the nation that support the national life of the nation.From the social-culture globalization, we can mimic the pattern of thinking that the good as a high work ethic and discipline, science and technology from other nations that have been developed the enhance the pogress of the nation that ultimately advance the nation and will strengthen our sense of nationalism of the nation.The negative effects of globalizationon the values of nationalism were globalization is able to convince the people of indonesia that liberalism can bring progress and prosperity. Thus it’s possible to change the direction of the ideology of pancasila, ideology of liberalism. If this happens as a result the sense of nationalism would be lost.Economic aspect of globalization, the loss of love for domestic product because many foreign product  (such as MC Donald, Cola-cola, pizza, etc.) flooding in indonesia. With the loss of a sense of love towards dosmetic product  showed reduced symptoms of our society a sense of nationalism against the nation of indonesia.Our society, especially youn people who had forgotten a lot of identity as nation of indonesia because of his lifestyle tend to imitate the western culture by the people of the world regarded as a mecca.Resulted in a sharp social disparity between rich and poor,because of  free competition in economic globalization this can create conflict between rich and poor nations could disrupt naatioal like.The emergence of individualism that gives rise to an attitude of indifference fellow citizens with the individualism than people will not care about the life of the nation.The effect of the above does not directly affect nasionalism. However, as a whole can cause sense of nasionalism of the nation to  be reduce or lost, because globalization is able to open horizons of global community. What is considered  good abroad gives  us the aspirations of the community to be supplied in our country. If it happens then it will post a dilemma when the foil is not necessarily appropriate in indonesia.if not meet will be considered aspirational and can act anarchist thereby destroying national stability, national security and even national unity. Based on the foregoing analysis and the negative impact of globalization on the nationalistic. Values were :1.      Foster a strong spirit of nationalism, Ex, the spirit of love domestic product.2.      Inculate and practice the value of Pancasila as well as possible.3.      Embedding and implementing teaching of relegion as well as possible.4.      Embody the rule of law, implement and enforce the law within the meaning truth fully an fairly as possible.5.      Selectively to the influence of globalization on the political, economic,social-cultural nation.   
With the anticipated measures are expected to fend off the influence of globalization that can change the values of nationalism against the nation. So we’ll not lose the personality of the nation..
