Solo tenés que pasar el verbo al pasado (la segunda columna).
Algunas de las oraciones no se deberían pasar al simple past porque el tiempo no es claro o porque son acciones que hacés todos los días. Yo solo las pasé al simple past como pediste pero deberías consultar con tu profesor/a para ver porque están mal.
