PANAMANIAN CELEBRATIONS
Panama has many holidays in the month of November, the independence from Spain
and the separation from Colombia. The independence from Spain is celebrated on
November 28, which is celebrating the Bicentennial this year. The separation from
Colombia is celebrated on November 3 with the consolidation on November 5 in the
province of Colon. On November 4 is the day the National Symbols, The Panamanian
Flag, The Coat of Arms and the National Anthem. Besides, there is another day
dedicated to the First Call for Independence from Spain which is celebrated on

November 10.
