Jan Kochanowski

Jan Kochanowski was born in 1530 in Sycyna, Poland. He was one of the best medival autor in the whole Europe. He studied at Cracow Academy, and then he started to work at the royal court. He pent over ten years working there. After that he setteld in Czarnolas, where he wanted to raise his children. In 1577 died his older brother, Kasper, and in 1579 died two daughters of him, Urszula and Hanna. He wrote many poems, tragedies and epigrams there. The most popular were: Odprawa posłów greckich, Treny i Fraszki, Satyr albo Dziki mąż.  He died 22nd August 1584.The probably cause of his death was stroke.
