I would really like to live in the house in the country side. In my opinion this is the best place to live. It's far away from the street buzz and city. This place looks like it's really quiet and it's close to nauture. The air is clear, you don't have to care about neighbours. In the morning you can go outside only in your pajamas and don't worry about someone watching you. Only one disadvantage of living there is probably quite long way to work. But you can go along with that.

I would never like to live in a flat. You have so many neighbour, sometimes noisy ones who don't care about your opinion. Flats are close to the noisy streets, you can hear cars passing your house 24/7. 

Eventually i would go for a semi-detached house. But if I have a choise I deffinitely chose the house in the country side.
