Dear Sir or Madam

I am writting in connection with an advertisment which I read in newspaper. It was detached house for sale in northern part of London. I would like to buy property with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden, so I hope that this house will meet my requirements.

First of all Iwould like to know far from this house are shops and bus station or other public transport. This is very important to me because I do not have a car.

Secondly I would like to ask about furnished. Is there a shower or bath? Also I would like to know what are furniture in the living room? Is there big television and comfortable sofa?

The last thing, could you tell me, what sports can I practise in the neighborhood and how far are cinema, theater and volleyball court.

Po 'first of all' powinien być przecinek

zabrakło słówka 'how'

Zamiast 'important to me' powinno być 'important FOR me'

Po 'secondly' przecinek

'Secondly I would like to ask about furnished' zakładam, że chciałaś zapytać o umeblowanie. Słowo furnished oznacza umeblowany... Ja zastąpiłbym to słowkiem 'furniture'

 

'Also I would like to know what are furniture in the living room? Is there big television and comfortable sofa?'

Po also przecinek, zły szyk zdania, powinno być

'Also, I would like to know what furniture are in the living room? Is there ANY television and comfortable sofa?'

 

Na końcu powinno być
