In the picture i can see some irish people. They propably are participating in demonstration. Popably they are celebrating St.Patricks day. He is the patron of Ireland. 

They are dressed in green clothes especially in green hats, green blouses, red trousers and black boots. These are official colours of Irleand. People are very glad and they are smiling that they can be there. Two mens on the first plan have red beards. The weather is sunny.
