Last summer, my family and I went to Spain. We flew there on a plane, which was exciting for me, but terrifying for my mom. The hotel we stayed at was small and cozy. It was close to the beach, only 5 minutes by walking. Our rooms were nice and big. My parents stayed in a bigger room, whereas my brother and I stayed in a smaller one. Every day, we went swimming and snorkelling in the sea. We ate a lot of watermelons and strawberries. They were amazing! It was very hot and sunny. I really enjoyed the weather. Evenings were warm, so we walked a lot. We went to a couple of restaurants to try some authentic Spanish food. I really liked tortillas! My parents only ate sea food, that's their favorite. We visited Barcelona, went around the city, and bought souvenirs for my aunt. It was an amazing time and I want to go there again next year!
