UNICEF:

Was initiated by Dr. Louis Rajchman Pole December 11, 1946 by resolution of the UN General Assembly. UNICEF's main objective is to help children in regard to food, health, protection against violence and abuse, and education. The scope of the organization is global.
After 1954, when UNICEF has been permanently incorporated into the UN, its scope of activity expanded considerably. Addressed not only the medical care and assistance in emergencies, but also providing elementary education to all children in developing countries. For his activities in 1965, UNICEF received the Nobel Peace Prize.
The organization was also a big part in the adoption of the 1989 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Since 2006, their advertising is on T-shirts volleyball team and players of FC Barcelona.
