Well, the picture shows 4 people sitting at the table. They seem to be dining out in a restaurant as in the background we might behold somebody else and some kind of decorations. Apparently, people in the foreground are a family , we can see the parents and presumably their children. They could have been starving and they decided to go out for a meal. They are grinning. That little boy must have told some kind of a joke as everybody is looking at him and smiling. What's more, there is a lot of healthy food on the table so I am pretty sure they lead an active lifestyle, which is extremely significant  as it helps us lose weight and keep fit all the time.
