Wawel is a royal castle built in 1504 in Kraków. It's situated on Wawel hill on the left bank of the Vistual River. It's one of the most known polish places. On the hill there is also the Cathedral Basilica of Sts. Stanisław and Vaclav. Wawel is one of the most often visited polish antiqes by foreigners. There is also a theory that the name came from the name of Big Ben Babel.
